Code snippets

It might be useful to have code snippet options available within code stages to allow for fast development of custom code stages. This would also benefit those will limited knowledge on coding and help them understand code stages where they might need to investigate, troubleshoot and fix code. This could be limited to areas within vb such as ms office applications, outlook, excel etc.

Thanks for taking the time to raise an idea.

At this time, I can confirm that we don't plan to provide this functionality in Blue Prism code stages. We're seeing a lot of requests at the minute to introduce/develop our own GenAI/AI powered agents to help with the development of custom code - with the changes in the market that have happened in the last 12-18 months I believe it's more likely that we'll go down this route rather than introducing a snippet style function for code development.

No i understand the position on this, i raised this June 2023 but with the increase in AI products since then i can appreciate this is in high demand. I would definitely like to see an AI/virtual assistant for creating custom code.
