Design: Allow Process Gateways to include AND and OR operations

Add the ability to use  AND and OR operations in gateways, in the Chorus Process Designer.

This will help process designers reduce the number of connections and keep the process maps cleaner.

Feedback requested.  Given that process model data sources (LOBs, task outputs) are available - similar to service model data sources (LOBs, variables, inputs, web service responses), would building an expression for a Process Gateway element be fundamentally different than building an expression for a Service Decision element?
