Hello @lahidalgo

I am English speaking and my understanding is:

Error WorkHQ Work Queues

When creating a work queue, the name that gets saved for the item key is not its value, but rather the data "item key" itself. However, this does appear saved correctly in BP Studio, but is not reflected correctly in WorkHQ.

In summary: when loading the queue, it loads, but there is a visual error in WorkHQ: in the primary field (item key), the value stored in the control room is the name of the field rather than the actual value — when the element loads, the correct information does come through, but there is a visual error.

I understand that a patch will need to be introduced to fix this.

For me, the WorkHQ Work Queues are working correctly, so I'm likely to have misunderstood your issue:

I create a Work Queue with the Key name defined as:

MyKeyColumn

In my sample process, I set the Work Queue Item data to be:

- Field: MyKeyColumn

- Value: This is the value of MyKeyColumn

Within WorkHQ Control Center, I see the Work Queue Item I created, has the Item key value of:

This is the value of MyKeyColumn

Therefore, this appears to work correctly

If you are seeing something different, as @rhys.lintern suggested, Customer Support are our experts and the best placed team to assist you in understanding it.

Thank you for sharing

Hola.

"Hello.  You are referring to the normal use of work queues. I am talking about loading data from the agentic workflow."

Hello @lahidalgo

This looks to be working too, again, I'll repeat my steps so you can tell me what I've misunderstood:

Same Work Queue, with the Key name = MyKeyColumnchrisstrong_0-1781785758142.png

I create a stage for Add work queue item

I set Key value = This is the value of MyKeyColumn

Tip: I also ensure the same value is in the Queue item data.

The value I set in the Key value, correctly comes through as Item key on the Work Queue item.chrisstrong_2-1781786011486.png

@lahidalgo can you help me understand what I have misunderstood? (or let us know if you are expecting something different)

Thank you
