Exipiration Notification for Credentials

In our company, for security passwords have a specific life before they need updating - depending on the system, it can be 60 days, 90 days, 1 year, etc.

​While the functionality exists to add an "expiry date" for Credentials, the system does not given you any warning prior to expiring them.

When that date is reached, the Credentials will fail for your process.

The enhancement requested would be to send a notification some time (10 days? 15 days?) BEFORE this date so there is time to reset the password and update it in Blue Prism

Good idea Maureen. In the meantime you could create a simple process to create a 'credentials expiring this week' report and schedule it to run early on Monday mornings.
