Make it easier to configure the rules to support Match and Attach of new work entering the system
Scenario:
Existing Work is in a
- specific status and/or queue [rendezvous/hold]
- waiting for some response for some period of time – Hold with Expiration
For new work
- Search Parameters for existing work
- For a BA/WT with
- Status and/or Queue(s) – could be include or exclude
- Global - blank (all Active)
- Match on LOBs at least one (and/or expression)
- Target Rule either
- Relate the Source(s) to Target
- break original relationship
- clear original lob fields used to match
- Relate the Source(s) and advance the Target Work to the “Next Step” (one or more reasons / status changes / steps
