New API/SOAP Function - Get Security Groups for User

In the API/SOAP functions for managing Chorus there is currently no way to access a list of Security Groups that a specific user belongs to - this function would be extremely useful for us as we are implementing a SOAP-based interface between Sailpoint and Chorus to automate the onboarding of new users and one of the functions we would like to build in is to get the list of security groups from a "template" user and apply it to the new user.
