Our users like the calendar view of the Scheduler\Timetables window but it shows all schedules for all resources making it impossible to actually see what is relevant for users who are interested on their own processes.
I would expect the possibility to set custom filters (on resource, schedule / process, ...). Further, future enhancements would be to automatically filter the information based on the rights of the user.

Hi,

It would be nice to be able to filter Timetables by Runtime Resources because I want to know whether some Runtime Resources are used on some schedules.
Status changed to: Not Planned

Hello @Walter.Koller,

Thanks for taking the time to raise an idea.

At this time, we do not plan to enhance the scheduler's timetable view further than what is currently available in the product. We're hoping that users will start to transition to our new "Orchestrate RPA" capabilities over time, which offers additional benefits over and above the traditional Blue Prism Enterprise scheduler, but which don't appear in the traditional timetable view.

I'll feed the key points from this idea (ability to filter views of scheduled activities and have views filtered down according to the access rights of the user) into some of the thinking for future views that will appear in Blue Prism Next Gen that are similar to those provided in the timetable view currently.

Based on this update, I'm going to mark this idea as Not Planned at this time.

Regards,

Rob
