The ability to finalize a Revisable Object in Chorus BPM should be configurable to extend the currently implemented conversion to TIFF to other formats including PDF.
This will be essential for the upcoming project at MoJ New Zealand.
Also the ability to manage auto finalisation by Source Type will also be required as MoJ NZ require some documents to be immediately finalised to PDF on completion but others to remain editable even after the work item is complete (unless manually finalised).
The resulting file type should be the same whether finalised automatically or via the ACTN menu option.
