Hi Nicolas - you need a collection of data to create queue items. The collection can have 1 or many rows, and each row will create an item. One of the fields in the collection should have the same name as the Key Field defined in System > Workflow > Work Queues. The objective is to read the CSV file into a collection and then add that collection to the queue.
