BluePrism Learning Edition desktop app won't accept my password

Hello,

Looking to get advice on how to go about resetting my log in password for the BluePrism app? It keeps rejecting my attempt and I don't know why. I tried admin too but did not work. Would appreciate help. Thanks very much!

Edit: I have unistalled, then re-installed the app. Same issue. I can't seem to find a way to reset my password anywhere. Thanks in advance for the help.
