I have the same issue. I have downloaded the free version on my personal laptop so that I can practice. It asks for log in details and the reply a while back was to look at the email sent to me. But this didnt help.

The initial log in should be admin/admin, have you tried that and did it work for you? If not, please send an email to training@blueprism.com and we can further assist you.
