HI Wejdan,

Blue Prism Franchise Model - Basically  in this model COE role is  more on Governance
and respective business team is responsible from end to end automation( COE role is limited to approving automation, Aporivingdesigning and approving the release in production)

Ex:Organization X  has COE team and each business team such as IT, Finance and HR has their own RPA team which deliver end to end automation  only governing part is  with COE team and COE team is not responsible for developing the automations.
BluePrism Hub and Spoke: It is similar to Franchise model the distinction between Franchise and this model is  end to end automation can be done either business team or COE

COE is also resonsible for governing and other aspects similar to Franchise. If the business team doesnot have capability then  the end to end automation is done by COE team.
Ex: Organization 'Y' has HR, Finance business teams are present.
IT and Finance Business team has their own RPA team  and capable to automate but HR business team doesnot have capability  in this case  they utilize COE team to automate their use case.
