Edge Extension Issu

Our Blue Prism is 6.10.4. Installed Blue Prism 6.10.4 edge extension, but error message as below pop up when create edge object. What shall I do?

"Error - Failed to launch application - The browser extension was not detected, please check that it has been installed and enabled. For more information, see the browser extension user guide."

Hi Eric.

Are you using Ephemeral Ports? There was an issue in an earlier version of BP although I assume it has been resolved by 6.10.4 but am not certain.

Anyway, if you are not using them, give it a try to see if it help resolve this issue.
