  • 1.  Interact Publishing Form outside of Organization

    Hello everyone,

    I have read in the interact documentation that publishing a form outside of the organization is technically possible but there is little information as to how it can actually be done
    . To clarify, I am specifically interested to know if for example, you can generate a link and provide it to a user, which they can then use to see the form and submit information via it. I am curious if there are any additional links that I can educate myself from or if someone has experience on this topic?
    .S. I'm working with Interact version 4.6

    You can provide users a link to a submission raised by a Digital Worker but they would need to have a user account to see the form. We don't support public forms without authentication currently.

There are no additional direct license costs for using Interact, however, there will be additional infrastructure to support the product. For those Blue Prism customers who don’t meet the above criteria, Interact is also available for a licensing fee.
