Hi All,

I am facing an issue while using login agent.
Though app server , one server's resources is showing connected, while other showing not connected. I want to use both resources through app server

Hi Shikha can you explain the issue in more detail please?

Are you saying you have 1 app server and 2 runtime resources? And in Control Room, one RR is showing as online, but the other is not?

Where is Control Room - on the app server?

Is there 2-way communication between the app server and the RRs?

@John Carter Actually, now I am able to connect the resources.
But not getting timeout error. i.e ERROR Exception : 0x80131505 : The operation has timed out ​

That Microsoft error code is often indicative of something wrong with the account or possibly the machine set up, for example a legal notice appearing at the log in screen. The following article may help (in particular the section on Group Policy), otherwise you could try the Support team.
