Hi Team,
We are unable to authenticate DocuSign production account with Blue Prism, we tried through postman and unable to setup string URL.
please find the attached step by step word document for production account authentication issue and VBO which we used for authentication.

Hi Kala,
Thank you for being an SS&C Blue Prism customer, and for using Blue Prism.
I am happy to try and assist here. Firstly, did you say you had success with Postman? If not, the issue lies with the credentials, if you did, then we need to investigate what is happening with those credentials when Blue Prism gets them.
If you can respond here, we can try and move forward.

Hi Kala,
Given that you have been unable to authenticate with Postman, suggests there is an issue with the credentials themselves, or how they are being used. Do you have a development system that works? If so, can that be used as a reference?
