This check list will help us to perform the manual review.  I mean upload the release file to a tool. Which can tell us the best practice and recommendation.

being quite honest, I believe that it doesn't exist, I can be mistaken, but I didn't find anything similar, I believe that the best way is to make this manual control.Where I work, this review is done by the Developer and he must submit it for the architect's approval, doing a Double check
