Hi,
You can get around this by downloading the extension in crx format, going to the extensions section of Chrome, enabling Developer mode, and dragging the crx file. This will allow you to install the extension even if it is managed by your organization.

I tried to install the local CRX extension on my Chrome browser, but I get an error message saying that the extension uses an unsupported version of Manifest. In this case, since you are using this specific version, the only solution is to open a ticket with Blue Prism support.

@Rama_krishna @simone.tomaCNH I would expect this is related to the deprecation of MV2 browser extensions.
Take a look at the info in this support article: [IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION] IMPACT OF MANIFEST V3 ON USE OF CHROME AND EDGE BROWSERS AS PART OF BLUE PRISM AUTOMATIONS :
What you choose to do heavily depends on your situation. I'll just say this. If I were you, I'd upgrade to a later version that supports MV3 natively. What version you go to will also depend on your situation. Personally I would say that you should go to 7.3.2 or 7.4.1, but you can technically go to a 7.1.x or 7.2.x version instead to minimize impacts to automations. It just comes down to how many automations you have and your tolerance for upgrades.
There is also the BAA (Browser Automation Agent) which is Blue Prism's earlier solution to supporting MV3 in Blue Prism versions that don't natively support it. As I understand, this works fine but I've basically skipped all the versions that use it so I don't have much personal experience with it.
