MS EXCEL VBO - Action Get Worksheet Range as Collection

Hi, 

This action not working propely, the result is none (zero rows). How can I know what is going on ?
I'm using Blue Prism 6.9 and EXCEL 2013

It's a known issue. In "get worksheet as collections" page from Blue Prism VBO you can read this: "
Office 2013 onwards
There are known issues when attempting to read and write data using the Excel VBO with the application set to run in background mode. These issues can be overcome by using the Show action"

Try putting the run in background mode and not to use the "Show" action

Even in my case, some actions within MS excel VBO started throwing errors after BP and Windows upgrade.

We did add the Show stage for the excel instances opened, and everything went fine.
