Not able to login to LMS module

HI All,

I m very new to Blue Prism and as per the document i have completed the Basic Awareness.
When I click the Basic Awareness program, it gives an error saying 
"It was not possible to log you into the LMS"

Is there any wait time to login into LMS, as i joined the Blue prism today only.
