What is the reason for taking a screenshot? The {PRTSC} send key may not work. Here are some options for you:
-Global Send Key Event: "<{LWin}{PrintScreen}>{LWin}" -> this sequence should hold down the windows key, press print screen, and then release the windows key.
Captures the entire screen and saves it to the a default local folder.
-Screen Capture Tool from Digital Workforce on the Blue Prism Digital Exchange: https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/entry/3686/solution/screen-capture-tool
Utility object that captures the current screen. Allows you to designate a folder to save the image to and returns the file name as an output.
-Exception Stages: When configuring an exception, you have the option to save screen capture. This takes a screenshot from when the exception occurs and allows you to view it from the control room. You must have the "Allow latest runtime resource screen capture" option enabled under System Wide Settings to be able to use this feature.
-Region Elements: with a Read stage, region elements support the Read Image action. This action will capture an image of the element and save it to a data item.
