Hi,
We have encountered an issue where our applications are unable to be brought to the foreground after the digital workforce has been utilizing the "Sleep" function from the standard utility included in Blue Prism when no cases are in the queue. The problem is still active after attempts to restart the applications have been made.
Have anyone encountered this? If so, what resolution is valid?
Best Regards,
Joakim

There are knowledgebase articles about activate failing.
The most likely cause is that the desktop does not exist, either because you are not using a persistent virtualisation technology (instead using something like RDP), or otherwise because your screen has locked. Has your sleep been for a period of time long enough for the desktop screen to lock??
