Am unable to spy the element of PDF document when I have opened in chrome browser

Yesterday I have opened one PDF file in chrome browser then I had captured all the required elements of PDF using region mode..today when I try to identify some more element in chrome browser the identity button is not at all showing..pls suggest how do I overcome this situation....

Hello Karthik, Any reason you cannot use IE, or even better use IE and change the browser settings to always open pdfs in Adobe instead of within the browser? As for the root cause of your problem, it sounds like maybe you are not attaching to the correct process thread.  Have a play around with child index.
