To get the Machine Name and User Name of the machine where your bot is running we can use the VBO Utility Environment. (VBO Utility-Environment)
These actions will give you the Machine Name and User Name of the machine on which you're running your process/object.
Use-case:
1. These 2 actions are highly useful in sending email alerts. So when the bot sends a notification you can add a signature in the email body with the Machine name and User name. This will give an idea to the reader from which bot this email was initiated. (And it looks cool ain't it!)
2. You can design and drive downstream logic accordingly from this machine name & user name.
