Best way to trigger the BOT

Hi All,   I know to trigger the bot by sending email/keeping some file in shared drive/Scheduling. Actually I am looking for other solutions example when user wants to run the process it should get triggered. Instead of waiting for some notification.   What are all the possible ways to trigger the bot?   Thanks
