Blue Prism Hub 5.1 Initial Hub Configuration After PowerShell Script Run Completion, URL Error

Hi Team, 

We have ran the Blue prism Hub 5.1, PowerShell Script and all completed.

PowerShell Script Ran fine and Completed but there were some Health check errors occurred for the below with error.

1- Discovery Health checks

2- Dashboard Health checks

3- Control Room Health Checks

Unhealthy

Error: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel

As we moving forward with Next steps: initial configuration and launching the URL "https://authentication. Local/"

we are getting the DNS error instead of below Log in window. Attached the DNS error below also.

Any suggestions on overcoming the URL launch error?

Hi Srihari,

Have a look at this KB article which explains why DNS errors can occur when accessing Hub/Interact/Auth Server sites -- as outlined in point 2, you may need to add DNS entries for the relevant sites to your organization's DNS Server.
