As the title says, I’m getting a Timeout error when trying to get Exception Items in my work queue with a specific tag. The exact error is as below:
ERROR: Internal: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation, or the server is not responding.
This only occurs when using wildcards in the Tag Filter.
Our database is fine and is not bottlenecking. The issue is only present in the queue on our production environment which has a lot of cases. 10796 to be exact. It works fine when the queue has less cases.
Is there a way to increase the timeout period? Is it a configuration in BluePrism or the database. Any suggestions are appreciated.
