Blue Prism SQL logs not being archived automatically

We have enabled blue prism's automatic archiving mode but are experiencing issues with the archiving as only certain processes and sessions are archived rather than complete activity.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and/or how we can resolve this?

Hi Ashkay - see if there is anything unusual about the remaining sessions, eg are they very long and/or do they contain a lot of data? The Windows event log may provide insight into whether anything went wrong during the archiving. Also, check if the resource assigned to run the archiving was busy running other processes. And if none of that helps, please contact the support team for assistance.
