Lot's of good advice so far, so just to tidy some it up.
A license key file is imported into the respective Blue Prism environment through the application. As per Gregorio, this is done in the admin panel. Another key piece of information here is that you will then need to stop, then restart the Blue Prism service on the Application Server for the license to take effect. Ensure that this is done when no processes are running. This will need to be done in each environment, e.g. Development, Test & Production.
It is recommended that you always start with at least 2 Application Servers for resiliency purposes, as you correctly point out each one can support up to 100 digital workers. However, this would give you high availability in the event one of the servers had an error. You use a Load Balancer to direct the traffic and this would also enable you to quickly add further servers if required.
