I would recommend reading the latest version of the modern browser training guide as Internet explorer has now been replaced by Microsoft Edge. The training guide can be found in the learning section. It's named "Blue Prism Modern Browser Automation".
As for the 4 screens, if you meant 4 screens from a website and NOT 4 sub-screens of a single page, it's best practice to create one object for each page/screen.
You can have one object with basic actions such as launch, attach, close/terminate. Once you attach to an application, you can then navigate to the correct page you wish to go to.
