CSRF token validation failed - Web API HTTP Request

Hi 
I have payload and able to  send POST request successfully  in Postman.
when i tried to send  the data through WEB API  , POST is not successful and getting the below error.

Unexpected error Error during Web API HTTP Request
HTTP Status Code: 403
HTTP Response Content: CSRF token validation failed
I have BP V 7.1 where  I triggered the above process

Can  some one throw light on this please  🙂

Are you using the HTTP Request​ VBO to perform the call? Or the internal BP Service to call the API?

Hi Krishna,

Can you shed some light on the type of authentication you using and if you are send a raw JSON text payload or a binary version of the file for the same?

Also, which method of webservice call are you using via the HTTP VBO or using the Blue Prism Web Service feature.

Not using any authentication at API configuration , but i am sending apikey at common header level 
I am POSTing  json text  plain 

This way i am able to POST successfully in another project

Hello @Vinay Aleti,

We'll need more details about your specific situation. Are you using the Utility - HTTP VBO, a Web API service, or something else to perform the REST API call? Can you provide some details about the service you're trying to call and how you're going about getting the access token?
