Cannot Login

In every installation guides and videos, they window for setting the username and password for the software are shown except for me. Even after so many attempts through different accounts. When I tried to give portal credentials also, they are saying incorrect password and username.

Could you give more details? Are you trying to log in to the Blue Prism desktop app? Have you already configured the database?
