Cannot move submission to inbox tab

Hi, when I try to move the submission to the inbox tab, I get an error in the screenshot below.

I am using the following action to perform the task with the following parameters.

Interact version -
Blue Prism version - 6.10.1

Hi Lakshyavir
This error message occurs when a form has been submitted through Interact and then a modification has been made to the form in the Hub Plugin. If an modification to a form is saved, all previous submissions are then invalid.
Try creating a new submission in Interact with the updated form and see if the action will move that submission to the inbox.
