Greetings,
I've just upgrade to BP7.2 and wanted to create a Work Queue, but I can't see the Worflow on System Manager tab. It is a problem with the license or there are somethings that Im missing?

Do you have access to see the status of your licenses?
If you go to Security > User roles; can you please confirm the permission "workflow-Work Queue Configuration: is enabled?
Also, ensure the user you use to log in has the correct role.

Which user are you using? And what happens when you try to click "workflow"? Is it grayed out? Or do you see this error message?

Hi Brigiana,
I'm using "admin" user, unfortunately I can't post a pic due to restrained access but it is like the "Workflow" section isn't there. It is the first time in one year that I enter to my blue prism desktop, so I upgraded from 6.10 to 7.2. That's why I think is a license problem but perhaps Im missing something.

I'm on 7.2 and with an admin user I can access all System settings. Probably something with the user role access.
