Change Control HTML without code stage

Hi, I was trying update HTML content of an element on a webpage, without code stage. Is this possible? Do we have any VBOs available? Target: There is a webpage, in that there is a dropdown control. Irrespective of its values, I want to insert a new static element in to this dropdown. If I can able to get the HTML of that dropdown control, I will append Something to the elements list.

You can't modify the HTML at the server side, but you might be able to use javascript to add an element at the client side. If you use the root element of application modeller in an action stage, you see a Insert Javascript Fragment function. And by pressing the blue i button you'll see some help on that function.
