Wondering if anyone else has been having log in issues after they've upgrade from AWD 20.3 to Chorus BPM 21.2.1.3
For 6 weeks we have been battling with intermittent log in issues; I've been able to log in 3 - 4 times, and then the 5th time, we'll get an error message. So our users have to completely log off their browser (we use Edge Chromium) and if that doesn't work, then they have to reboot.
We've submitted several .har files, but always get told not the right information, not enough information. not recent enough information.
Is anyone else having intermittent issues with Chorus BPM log in? If yes, what did you do to resolve the issue?
