And we have found a solution to this:
1. Spy Restore Popup window using Win32
2. Use Global Send Keys to Close or Restore - A. Activate Application B. Press Alt C. Tab once to 'X' or four times to 'Restore' D. Hit Enter
This should close or restore the session.
