Class verification - Low confidence document

Hi, 
We tried submitting a JPEG document by assigning it to a specific group, in class verification it said "We need to validate low confidence document before submitting the batch". So we right clicked on the document (marked as exception) and clicked Validate. But there were no pop-up/fields displayed for us to validate. So couldn't submit in Class verification. 

On going back to Home, the document did not show up/disappeared in batches to Class verify.

We were able to extract the fields for the same document as Admin without assigning any specific group/user. Can you please clarify this.

Hi Saraswathi,

If you right click on a document and right click to validate it, you can notice that the confidence percentage will get updated to 100% next to the document type drop down.
if it turns 100%, then the validation is complete. 
Finally, after validation and submitting at class verification step, if the batch is missing in the Batches screen, it usually means that the batches has been auto verified. You can confirm this by checking if the AUtomatically skip USer Modules Button is turned on in the configuraiton screen.

We tried it but the percentage was still showing 0.00%. I think auto mode is disabled/turned off as default for newly created user groups (since it came for class verification) and only for admin we can enable/disable it.

Just checked all the settings and it was marked as "Invisible document type" in Document type settings. So I assume this made the document disappeared from verification but not sure if this is the cause for low confidence popup and unable to validate it.
