Control Room Scheduling (with multiple robots & processes)

Just wondering if anyone can assist please? I been able to set up the Control Room schedule so that on Robot X Process B begins upon completion of Process A by setting up multiple tasks then changing the drop down menu from 'Stop' on Completion to 'Task B'. Now I'm looking to extend this and wondering if anyone can help with instructions on how to set up the next 2 schedules and clarify if it's possible to run the same process from scheduler on 2 Robots / resources at the same time? Ideally I would like to be able to do the following scenarios: 1. Set up the scheduler to commence Process B on Robot X & Robot Y at the same time once Process A has been completed on Robot X? 2. Set up the scheduler to commence Process B on Robot X once Process A has been completed on both Robot X and Robot Y, is there a way to ensure both have completed before it begins Process B? If you are aware of anything that might help that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The short answer is yes - all of these are possible. In scenario 1, create the first task as one instance of process a on machine x, then the second task is process b on both machine x and machine y. Scenario 2 is essentially a reverse of the above - the second task won’t be triggered until both processes in the first task have completed.

I've tried this within the control room and it isn't working. Even forcing the schedule to kick off by right-clicking and hitting ""Run-Now"" nothing actually runs in the control room. It's as if the Control Room doesn't approve or thinks it's a mistake so doesn't run the processes as I've scheduled. Using the Login Agent I can get it to perform on multiple Bots / process simultaneously but not with business developed processes.

Have you looked at the Scheduler/Reports section in the control room? This can give good insight as to why the scheduler is failing.

Hi Rooster Chicken I presume you have a schedule with a task for Process A, which is allocated to Robot X, with the setting 'On Complete' set to a task for Process B, which is allocated to both Robot X and Robot Y. Silly question but: Are both the Resources logged on and waiting for instruction? Is there a separate login process you have set up? Do the resources show any information in the automate window locally? Have you set the server to write logs to eventvwr? Awooga !
