Decipher - Problems to get values from Document Tables

AndreKöpplin

Dear all

I have a Document with two tables (separate pages), which Decipher has to read and get extract the data. Both Tables starts with the same headers/information.

I have following problems:
1) Decipher get the data from the first row, but ignore the second row with additional data
2) Decipher get the data from the second row, but ignore the first row with additional data
3) Decipher get the data from the rows (first, second ...), but add also the headers, data from the following table/pages to the output table.

Is there any way make the Decipher more accurate, e.g. to provide an input, if the following rows are empty, ignore the content below? I know, training of Decipher is important and after the first 20 trainings sets, I get more accurate outputs.

Thanks in advance.

Andre

H Andre,

At this time Decipher does not support training for multiple tables, though it is something we're working towards.

The ability to add multiple tables in the DFD is to facilitate this were necessary, but after the first table all fields will need to be manually verified.

Thanks

Hello Ben

Thanks for your reply.

When my data would be only in the first table, is there any way, so that I can set an value in DFD, that the Robot will read until a specific word or if the next row would be empty?

Hi Andre,

Sure, you can use the misc parameter "BottomStop". You can specify a word to indicate the bottom of the table, it can only handle single words, but you can use multiple separated by a comma.

Thanks
