Hi,

 

Thank you for your reply, I have tried the workaround "%{F4}" but it does not work.

 

May we know if there is already an estimate date when this issue will be fixed? This issue is really affecting all 3 clients.

Hello Jose,

We have listed a known issue for this against the 6.10 release here and are ​working on a solution for this now. In order to resolve the issue reported, we're planning to provide an update to the 6.10.4 and 6.10.5 browser extensions for use with Chrome and Edge that will be automatically downloaded into environments using these versions to mitigate the slow response times that have been observed. Current estimates say that we'll have the new extensions for Chrome & Edge making their way through the web store review processes 10th October (after which the exact release date will depend on the review of the extension updates by the browser vendors).
