Error when spying in Accessibility Mode for Internet Explorer 11

I am trying to spy within Internet Explorer 11 to Save a PDF. However after spying on the "Settings" button in IE 11 - when trying to Spy on the "File" option in the drop-down menu a Blue Prism message box pops up with an error (see attached screenshot). I'm spying in Accessibility Mode & it highlights the drop-down menu options but it doesn't let me actually select anything in the list. Any advice on issue would be appreciated.

There are some hints in the Browser Automation Guide and in the knowledgebase about interfacing with IE pop up dialogs (such as the Save As dialog). The main recommendation is to create a seperate windows object for it. From my memory I think you put your entire file path into the edit box in the Save As dialog rather than having to navigate through the explorer folder view.
