Excel workbook taking too long time to open

I am new to Blue Prism. I have the Excel file stored in share-point and got mapped to local machine's file explorer. when i try to open the excel file i got this error, "ERROR: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Open Workbook took more than 2400 secs". There is no problem in opening the workbook in dev machine. But, getting the above error while testing in another machines. Can anybody help?

I probably won't help but rather ask for additional information.

Can you open the excel fine on the machine which gives Blue Prism error? How big is the file itself? I was automating a process where BP was opening 35 MB excel file from shared network drive and we had to increase the time out from 30 seconds to 90 seconds but then it was open without any issue.
