Hi Team ,
while pushing documents from RPA to decipher using rabbit mq , its working most of the time but some time in decipher when we look at the batches that got struck i see this error
Exception reason: There are no files uploaded for this batch.
what does this error mean and why does this occur. I can see there are documents when I pushed but decipher says no files uploaded.

Hi Srinivas,
Do you know what file/image types you were uploading?
Thanks

Hi,
We were pushing jpg/png/pdf files mostly. in one of the batch, we had a document with a language other than English, we were expecting it to get stuck at Decipher as a low confidence batch, (we have set up the configuration for splitting batches at both CV and DV).
so how do we handle this exception and how to trace back the files. in Decipher
Exception reason: There are no files uploaded for this batch.

Hi Karan,
The only instance I have heard of this happening is where the "Get Files" action did not include all the correct file extensions. As a default this should be "*.jpg,*.pdf,*.jpeg,*.bmp,*.png".
If this is how your action is configured and all your documents fit these formats, I'm sure why that could be.
Have you tried uploading the same documents again in a new batch? If there were still no documents in the batch, have you tried separating them out and adding them via different batches?
Thanks
