Extract text from body of email in html format

Hello, the Mapiex VBO returns the email text in html format. Is there any way to extract the text from the html after it has been returned by the VBO?  I'm using the most current version of the VBO that allows me to Get the email that is in html format but I still can't extract the text from the email body.

if its a string value, then you would need to parse it like a regular text value and extract the data using position or instring etc. It would be troublesome. I don't recall any other options.

A thought, there is a setting in Outlook to only let people read emails as Text (for security reason) I am not sure if then the Mapiex will also read this as Text, but could be worth checking.
