Failure in Send Mail function. Failed to add TO recipient

Hello, Has someone had the issue Failed to add TO recipient with the Send Mail function before? What might be the causing the error? Ihave tried putting the email address in between and " " symbols without success. I am happy to provide more information about the setup and the problem. Thanks in advance.

If you ""hard type"" it you must use "" "". If you just use a Data item (text) you just need to use that. Try tesing with your own email adress.  /Christian

Thank you Christian, I have tried that too without success. I suspect there might be some security settings on the exchange server not permitting MAPI calls.

I added a loop so that it retries up to 5 times until its succesfull and it always works by the 5th time. It must be an Exchange issue. I don't think its related to the format of the email address
