Hi I am facing an issue when Decipher correctly marks the box around the field but the value read is null despite value being in the box.
I have tried enabling strict regex to no avail. Any advice?

Okay, I have seen this in very earlier versions long back not recently.
Maybe you can try to remove that field add a new field and retrain.

The version we are using is 2.23. I have tried with new model and it was still the same. I am trying this with FormFields=On; StrictPosition=On switches and strictregex to \d{2} and it still produces not adequate results

Hi Jakub,
Please can you share the full settings for that field, just to check if anything is contradicting itself?
Do you get the correct value when you hover your mouse over the auto-generated region? e.g.
Have you tried creating a brand new DFD, with 1 field and no other configuration. Upload the document to that and see if you can capture the field by selecting the auto-generated region?

Hi Ben,
On hover it's also empty. The only way to get the data if it's not read (at rare occasions it reads fine) is to redraw the field.
Current settings I use are like below + misc options: FormFields=On, StrictPosition=On

I'm not sure those settings are needed for this scenario, but I can't see that they would be causing this issue. Please can you raise a support ticket so that we can further assist you with this? Was there a resolution found for this issue? I am having a similar issue and after two days to trying differentMisc settings in the DFD at a loss of what to try. If i resize the existing region during validation, the text is read fine. provided some screenshots to show this.
