Hi,
I am moving mails from Inbox to subfolder.
So after moving Got New Entry Id for each moved mail.
Sometimes Email is not moving to subfolder.
Is there any way to get mail from subfolder using New Entry ID, So I can confirm mail is moved.
Thanks,
Abhijit

Hi Abhijit,
If you're using the Outlook VBO, when moving an email to a subfolder you have the new ID (which I believe is working). You can take a couple of steps to check your success:
1. Have a decision to check that you have a New Entry ID, so check it's not blank and it doesn't match the existing ID.
2. If you have a new ID, you can then use the "Get Received Items (Basic)" and specify the respective subfolder. Filter the resulting emails by the entry ID using the filter collection action in the collection manipulation utility.
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks
