Getting Error while performing Blue Prism server and client Setup in Azure Platform

I am doing the Blue Prism installation in Azure Cloud and was particularly performing the Blue Prism server and client setup.
Below are the steps which were performed along with status "success" and "failed"
1. Using BP Server Utility and by selecting the connection mode, the Windows default service successfully started on Port 8199. --> Success
2. Getting error while performing the BP server and client Connection using connection type as "Blue Prism Server" --> Failed
Screenshots attached for reference along with error logs. What should be the solution for this error?

Hi Saurabh,

The error message "verify that the certificate on the server has been appropriately configured" typically has some accompanying info and additional error stack details in the Event Viewer logs, sometimes with a message around the time the error was thrown like "System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel..."

Can you verify if you can see any additional data in the EV logs, and if so, can you review our available Knowledge Base articles about this? For example, this article contains an explanation for the specific error message in italics above, and points to an issue with the certificates in the environment. There are several other articles about common certificate-related errors that can occur during a BP Server connection as well. Have you also reviewed the Blue Prism requirements for certificates and ensured they are set up accordingly?

If you don't have any luck tracking down a related exception in the Event Viewer logs and/or finding a solution in our Knowledge Base for it, I'd recommend opening a Support ticket with us containing the necessary information for troubleshooting so we could help investigate further.
