there could be a multitude of reasons why this is happening. If it was working fine for several months and suddenly stopped working, it's more than likely because something changed in the environment. Have you checked with your internal IT team if something was applied or changed without your knowledge?
You mentioned the issue is affecting your Production environment, so I would highly recommend that you log a Support ticket with Blue Prism Global Customer Support for further investigation.

We have a ticket with Blue Prism on this.So far we don't have a resolution. We investigated further and found there was a security patch applied after that we see this behavior.How ever other automations who does the same action are not impacted.
